What You'll Do

• Build and test automation workflows using n8n, Make.com, and Zapier
• Assist in developing integrations between various business tools and platforms
• Document automation processes and create workflow diagrams
• Participate in client discovery calls and requirements gathering
• Debug and troubleshoot automation issues
• Learn best practices for scalable automation architecture
• Contribute to internal automation projects and tools

Requirements

• Strong interest in automation, APIs, and workflow optimization
• Basic understanding of how APIs work and RESTful concepts
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly
• Available for at least 20 hours per week

About the Role

We're looking for strategic Go-To-Market experts to drive growth for TambayanPH and our portfolio companies (CallView, VetLevel, and others). You'll develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies, build marketing automation systems, and create scalable processes to acquire and retain customers in the B2B SaaS and automation consulting space.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for TambayanPH services and portfolio products
• Build automated marketing and sales funnels using tools like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, and n8n
• Create and optimize lead generation campaigns across multiple channels
• Design email sequences, nurture campaigns, and customer onboarding flows
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights
• Collaborate with sales teams to align messaging and positioning
• Track and report on GTM metrics, conversion rates, and ROI
• Manage marketing technology stack and automation workflows
• Create content strategies for thought leadership and demand generation

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in go-to-market, growth marketing, or demand generation
• Proven track record of launching successful GTM campaigns in B2B SaaS
• Deep understanding of marketing automation and CRM platforms
• Experience with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar marketing automation tools
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising
• Understanding of sales processes and customer journey mapping

• Experience in automation consulting or SaaS industry
• Technical background or understanding of API integrations

You'll work on real client snapshots, funnels, and automation workflows while learning from experienced GHL experts. This role is perfect for those passionate about marketing automation, sales funnels, and CRM systems.

What You'll Do

• Build and customize GoHighLevel snapshots for various industries
• Create sales funnels, landing pages, and websites within GHL
• Set up email and SMS automation sequences
• Configure workflows, triggers, and automation rules
• Integrate GHL with third-party tools and platforms
• Develop custom calendars, booking systems, and pipelines
• Test and troubleshoot GHL implementations
• Document GHL setups and create training materials
• Assist clients with onboarding and platform training
