No, we operate under a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final. This is due to the nature of our services being digital, time-based, and custom-developed. Once work has been performed or resources allocated, it cannot be "returned." We encourage thorough review of our proposals and open communication before starting any project. Do you offer payment plans or financing?

For projects over $10,000, we can discuss extended payment plans. We don't offer traditional financing, but we can structure milestones to align with your budget and cash flow. Monthly retainers also provide a predictable payment structure for ongoing work.
